Week#3 discussion Identify one major risk in deploying an electronic health record for a large enterprise and discuss what leaders should do to mitigate that risk. Then write on page based on that.
Week#5 discussion Please study the Workflow Assessment Health IT Toolkit, which has been developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and is located here:

Be sure to review the educational presentations (What is Workflow? Why Care About Workflow? How Do I Evaluate Workflow) and come prepared to discuss what kinds of tools and approaches you would take when you discover that you are working on deploying a health IT system in a place where the current workflow is broken. (one page in length )
