E2: DRAFT Outline for Final Essay

Here is my feedback from professor about the paper I have attached. I have attached my assignment instructions to file as well.  The model is quite general; how does it become more of a reflection on you?Kyle Small , Feb 5 at 6:06pmI can use as an example me serving as youth pastor at a my local church. Me as Youth Pastor who is the leader role is to lead by an example. Not only leading adults, but children and teens as well. One of the things that I find challenging for me as a leader leading a youth ministry is sometimes asking for help from my committee because I sometimes allow doubt and fear to creep in. There have been times where I found myself of not being strong enough to accomplish what I want or the vision because fear. When that happens that can lead to none communication from my committee . So now being in youth ministry for seven years I have now mature and develop where I set the vision of the youth ministry that lineup with the senior pastor vision of the church. I truly believe if the ministry grows is because I’m in line with the vision of the church. So now I’m open to communication from my committee. I’m open to criticism from people who may be not on board with youth ministry anymore for what ever the reason may be.Tyrone Alston , Feb 7 at 11:11pmI see several things at work: youth ministry/practical theology mentoring youth convening adults – parents and volunteers communication as leadership managing up – senior pastor feedback loops – criticism/affirmation Now you need a model that demonstrates the constructs, grounds in the literature, and argues a perspective that amplifies the deeper sense of your leadership. Who are the theorists, frameworks, and theories that help make sense of your actions?Kyle Small , Feb 14 at 9:35amOne additional reflection on the visual model – there are no people – it is construct driven but neither followers nor environments are included. The process model lacks nuance. This is a draft, so keep refining.Kyle Small , Feb 14 at 9:36am
