This paper must be between 4-8 pages, double-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font and correct APA format. Students must cite a minimum of 3 resources for this paper. One resource must be from a journal, one from a textbook or professional source, and the third is the students choice. Although 3 references is the required minimum, additional resources may be used to further enhance this written assignment.
