Your school of nursing has a goal of addressing diversity through its pedagogy. The underlying assumption is that a school’s curriculum both shapes and reflects a climate of valuing diversity. Based upon evidence, how would you evaluate that integration of learning activities into your pedagogy has fostered cultural competence?
