AssessmentOverviewSubmit a paper of 2000 words that analyses human resource management activities in your case project (e.g., human resource management planning, project team acquisition, development and management of the project team members) and alsoanlaysesthe leadershipbehaviourspresented by the project leader. The project leader can be the manager of the project you belong to or yourself if you are in a managerial position in the project.This assessment is a case study writing focusing on human resource management and the leader’s leadershipbehaviourin the project you selected (whether or not you are the leader of the project). In this assignment, you describe and analyse different aspects of human resource management and leadership behaviour that you have observed or experienced. Most importantly, you analyse your project critically and create a few recommendations regarding how to improve the human resources management practices and/or leadership behaviour for the project.Format and style2,000 words (approximately). 10% either side of 2,000 words is acceptable.The paper must be written in academic essay format with an introduction,mainbody and conclusion. Minor sub-headings are acceptable. Tables, figures, and appendices are allowed, and they are not counted toward to the total word count limit. Also, use of dot points are allowed where appropriate. The format of referencing and citation is the Harvard style.Marking and feedbackPlease refer to the feedback form.
