You will critically review a journal article on a recent (within the last 1-3 years) issue related to the country you chose as the topic for the Final Core Research Paper.

UNIT FOCUS:

Research and explain the historical origin of your selected county’s legal traditions and the type of law system Australia uses. For example : Common Law, Socialist Law, Civil Law, etc.

The review will:

  • meet the Turabian (Chicago Style) format for writing essays.
  • include a minimum of 500 words not including the cover and reference pages.
  • use proper citation throughout article
  • original work only
  • make sure paper is in the correct format
