Title – Ethical Questions
A couple of short notes—make sure to follow minimum word count requirements and use the minimum required peer reviewed journal articles. While more is always welcome, make sure to meet the minimum word count requirements for both the Discussion and Complete Units. It will take at least the minimum word count to answer the posed questions.Also, for each week the Discussion board will contain one initial post questions that each should have a minimum of a 250 word response by Wednesday of the assigned week and at least two responses to others in any combination between the two questions with at least 100 words each. This means there is a total minimum of two initial post responses and two replies to others. Discussion Board posts must be made during the assigned week to receive credit as that is when others will be in the course reading and benefiting from your posts. There should be a minimum of three peer reviewed journal articles each week included in the Discussion Board each week, inclusive of in-text citations and reference listing and APA format.
1. What are the ethical questions involved in requiring background checks for all person who are about to receive a job offer? How extensive should the check be?
