For this assignment choose three retailers who are within the same business category. Examples: Mexican restaurants, grocery stores, gift stores, hardware, convenience stores, banks, etc.
Then compare the three retailers, MacDonald, Burger King, and Chick-fil-A, based on their store atmosphere. Atmosphere refers to the store’s physical characteristics that project an image and draw customers. Below are listed the elements you are to include. Answer all elements listed on the spreadsheet. You will find explanations of these in the textbook’s Chapter 18.
