Responses to unexpected change

Respond to the following discussion prompt with a minimum 300-word

The Kubler-Ross Model is frequently used to help us understand how we experience and process grief or loss. It is also an important tool that can help us think through people’s responses to unexpected change. Apply the model to an unexpected change that you might have experienced in the workplace (or some other aspect of life if you do not have any work experience).

Then, reevaluate the Kubler-Ross Model from your perspective. What might be a potential pitfall (or criticism) of using Kubler-Ross model in understanding the ranges of emotions people experience during a change?
