For this assignment, you will first examine different roles and responsibilities of leaders in your area of specialization. Then you search the Internet and analyze several types of leadership approaches, assessing the styles that are more compatible with your strengths and background. As you review online sources, be cognizant of the value of the source.
Create a PowerPoint, Be sure to include a title page, a reference page, and at least two slides for each style or approach you describe. Also, include one or two reflection slides on how you will use this information as you continue your journey into instructional leadership.
