You are the current safety manager for B and I Transport, which is headquartered in Iowa. B and I Transport specializes in dry good logistics in all of the lower 48 states. You have been tasked with improving your company’s risk management plan. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation sharing your recommendations for improving safety performance within multiple levels of your fleet operations. Incorporate the use and benefit of in-cab cameras, and describe how these cameras can assist safety managers with introducing improved methods of safety mitigation.
