Many organizations conduct employee satisfaction surveys, in hopes of better understanding the culture of the workforce, as well as areas of strengths and weaknesses. Creating a well-developed survey instrument assists organizations in collecting data that is timely, relevant, and successfully examines what needs to be analyzed.
For this 2-3 page paper assignment, please do the following:

  1. Identify an organization that you’d like to work for. Explain why you hope to work for this company and then, provide the following information about this organization:
    1. Vision/mission
    2. Strategy
    3. Product/service
    4. Business model
    5. Organizational structure
  2. Based upon research about this organization, create a survey instrument to measure overall employee satisfaction. Develop survey questions that are quantitative in nature and are easy to understand.
  3. Once you have completed your survey instrument, provide an explanation, step by step, of why you included the information that you did on the instrument. For example, if you included a section about demographic information, justify your rationale for doing so.

Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length, not including the title and reference pages. Ensure each component of your paper is in a single Word document for submission to the Week 4 Assignments page. Cite any sources in accordance with the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements.
