This paper will focus on conducting a SWOT analysis on the organization where you performed or are performing your internship. In other words, you will analyze the organizations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and post the findings from your analysis.

1. Begin with a brief history of the organization.

2. Using the SWOT method detail the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the organization. This will likely incorporate trends impacting the organization.

IMPORTANT: The analysis must be referenced. If you use information from a SWOT done by other researchers, you must cite it appropriately and add you own ideas. A portion of the analysis may be useful; however DO NOT include the entire SWOT in your paper. You must include a reference page that correctly follows APA format. Three or more pages.
