Think about a time in your professional life (or personal life if you do not have enough job experience), and describe a time when your company’s mission/vision did not align with the goals set for you or your department. Keeping in mind the 3 Ps, people, profit, and planet, how would you have either rewritten the vision/mission or rewritten the goals so that everything was in better alignment?
