write-up(NOT SOAP note). Will be for cardiology see your rubric. As a reminder, the write-up should include a description of ALL aspects of exam. This typically takes approx 1.5-2 pages. Write it as if you are describing how you do exam (use landmarks) and the findings. Include Inspection, Palpation, Percussion, Auscultation, and any Specialty Tests.
