Good Samaritan
In this assignment, describe the components of the Good Samaritan Law and how it protects bystanders providing first aid to a victim, as well as how the bystander can get into legal trouble by not staying within the law’s guidelines.Then, do some research online and describe and 1 or 2 instances where a bystander has been killed while trying to render aid.
