3.2 Aircraft Systems and Flight
During this module, we evaluated how aircraft systems work together to keep an aircraft flying. For this activity, you will identify an aircraft mishap that was caused by a faulty system and briefly describe why the event occurred and how it could be prevented. The NTSB database (Links to an external site.) is an excellent source for official accident data.
In your discussion, explain the failure, the impact of the failure, and then identify and support a mitigation strategy to address that failure. The goal is to engage in a collaborative and constructive debate that promotes critical thought and reflection.
